Dormez bien dans les lits doubles confortables de la chambre, équipés d'une télévision à écran plat. Le salon dispose également d'un tout nouveau canapé-lit Queen. Nous vous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes pour le condo. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour que vous puissiez préparer vos propres repas sans avoir envie de manger à l'extérieur! Ce condo a également AC, Wi-Fi et une buanderie sur place!

Commentaire client: "Si vous recherchez un lieu de sĂ©jour confortable, propre et relaxant, qui embrasse l’atmosphĂšre dĂ©contractĂ©e et dĂ©contractĂ©e de Kauai et Ă  un prix abordable, cette location est parfaite. Les lits sont confortables, c’est spacieux, le personnel est serviable et gentil. Vous entendez le bruit de la circulation sur l’autoroute, mais le bruit blanc du climatiseur la recouvre bien. Les trois piscines bien entretenues constituent un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e de visites. Le marchĂ© aux noix de coco, qui compte plusieurs restaurants bon marchĂ©, est Ă  quelques pas et vous pouvez mĂȘme assister Ă  un spectacle de hula gratuit. C’est Ă  quelques pas d’une plage de sable Ă©troite. Ce n'est peut-ĂȘtre pas haut de gamme, mais le condo a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rester Ă  l'aise et faire de bons souvenirs Ă  Kauai. Plantation Hale est un complexe familial et convivial doté de trois piscines et de deux bains à remous. Il y a plusieurs zones de barbecue en plein air pour vous permettre de griller et de vous détendre en plein air! Le personnel de la réception et le concierge sont également à votre disposition.

Plantation Hale est situĂ© Ă  moins d'un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du marchĂ© aux noix de coco oĂč vous pouvez faire du shopping et trouver de bons endroits pour manger! Ce complexe se trouve Ă  quelques minutes de route de Safeway, de Foodland, de Long's Drugs, de Starbucks et bien plus encore! Les clients adorent l'emplacement central de ce complexe entre les rives nord et sud, ce qui permet d'explorer facilement l'Ăźle!

Un endroit préféré à seulement deux minutes est la riviÚre Wailua pour le kayak, le stand-up paddle et la navigation de plaisance jusqu'à Fern Grotto et Secret Falls! Vous ne voulez pas manquer la Smith Family Luau et Show sur Kauai!

Un rapide 5 minutes en voiture vous emmÚne à Lydgate Park pour la baignade surveillée avec un lagon pour les petits enfants pour profiter de l'océan ou pour quiconque de faire de la plongée avec tuba! Aussi une aire de jeux pour les enfants à apprécier. Des chaises de plage, des boogie boards et une glaciÚre sont fournis.

SituĂ© au centre, Ă  seulement 5 miles de l'aĂ©roport de Lihue. Il est facile de visiter la cĂŽte nord et la cĂŽte Napali, ainsi que la cĂŽte est et le canyon Waimea avec tout le plaisir entre les deux! Nice location!

We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Hale. Very nice location in the middle of fun things to do in Kauai. I didn’t like that the toilet paper was very limited and we had to buy our own. A roll of toilet paper should be supplied for each day booked. Also, towels are not refreshed and you need to do laundry to clean them. The property and pools are nice. Overall great place for a family on a budget to visit Kauai.

Repairs and communication lacking

My husband almost has a serious accident there. A hall cabinet was duck-taped closed and came undone in the night. When my husband got up in the middle of the night, the cabinet had opened up and it almost poked his eye out. The air conditioner in bedroom mostly didn’t work. The rooms were dark because many light bulbs were burnt out. The rug in the living area was a trip hazard. No communication was given about where to park, where to take your trash, how the laundry room worked, the need to provide own toilet paper, paper towels. On the positive side it was in a great location and the beds were comfortable.

Plantation Hale Vacation

Great, simple location for families. Not a big swanky resort, but we weren't looking for that. Clean, and had everything we needed. The pools were never crowded, and the hot tub was great. Less than 100 paces from the Coconut Marketplace and shopping - right across the street. Close to everything in all directions. We would stay here again. The kids loved it. Mahalo.

Great location, this unit needs repairs

The location and property are great but this unit is in desperate need of repairs. The largest issue was the bathroom. There is no vent in the shower, and taking showers results in condensation buildup so bad that water pools on the floor and runs down the walls. Using the ceiling fan (which is against electrical code where I'm from) doesn't help with condensation buildup and causes the shower curtain to cling to you during the shower. The sofa bed frame was broken, we were given a single size air mattress as an alternative, which feels like it negates the VRBO description claim that it sleeps 6 (we are a family of 5 so it worked ok for us). It was very inconvenient to have to inflate and deflate it every night. Also the refrigerator stopped working when the microwave was plugged in, and the living room slider didn't have a safety latch (not good for a ground floor unit) and was very hard to open/close. Overall we loved the location, but the unit itself was highly disappointing. I read past reviews with similar complaints from over a year ago and am surprised that some of these issues haven't been addressed yet. Cathy from Kauai Calls was very responsive, I would definitely rent from her again, just not this particular unit.

Voyage en couple
The air conditioning was either on or off and couldn't be adjusted to a lower setting. The fan in the bedroom didn't have a pull to turn off the blades at night so the air wasn't directly on us. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities to make coffee and cook if you wanted. The property was clean and confortable except for the few things I mentioned above. The location was very good and close to the market and where my daughter and her family was staying at a friends house.

An amazing trip

This property is great for those looking for central location. We were able to access both directions of the island easily and enjoyed having the Coconut Marketplace within walking distance. We had coffee each morning on the patio surrounded by chickens and the sounds of all the birds in the trees. It was our first time here and will definitely return.

Great location, a little worn, perfect size

Location was great for morning walks on the beach with great views of the sunrise. And it's close to shopping (Coconut Market and other places in Kapa'a) and grocery stores (we liked Safeway best for groceries). It's also nicely positioned so we could drive north or south depending on what we wanted to do each day. The reason I didn't give five stars is because the place is a little more worn then it looked in the photos. That surprised us at first, but after we settled in it was fine. Also, we were told to download a separate app for the check-in process. I couldn't find that app and the links to it didn't work. However, the owners responded quickly to an email and simply gave me the instructions that way. We used the beach chairs provided with the unit almost every day--really appreciated those! One feedback I'd give for the owner is to set up a recycling can and instructions for local recycling in the unit. The staff for the complex gave us a paper when we arrived that included a statement about how they were proud to participate in efforts to care for the island and encouraged us to recycle. Being from a state that doesn't recycle much, we weren't sure what could or couldn't be recycled. And there wasn't a separate bin in the unit for recycling. We wish we had known more to better support efforts to care for Kauai.

Ok place— several issues

Location is good but the unit was a bit run down. TV in bedroom broken, Slider door in living room didn’t have a safely lock (and it’s on the ground floor), towels were miss matched and worn/frayed, the bedroom had a strong mildew odor the first night (they sent out a cleaner 2 days later to clean the bathroom which they thought was the problem) The smell did get better. One of the 2 beach chairs was broken and unusable (which we discovered after dragging it to the beach), no wifi was provided to us until we asked and were told to look for a binder in the unit (which was not easily found). We got locked out of the unit twice because the key card stopped working, needed to wait for maintenance. Got locked out of the laundry room for same reason, had to wait for maintenance. Tried two different jacuzzis and both had no jets working and were luke warm. Had to call maintence and they said it would be an hour. So we didn’t get to use it. So

 lots of issues. But the contact person for the place was very responsive to our requests. We got a new beach chair and asked for and got a toaster.

This property was in a great location and the condo supplied all the things we needed like coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooler, beach towels, etc. We had to restock the garbage bags and toilet paper which we didn't expect. It would have been nice if the beds were bigger and in better shape. We loved Kauai and overall were happy with our stay.

A bit run down but was a good bargain for Kauai. Other than off the beach a great location for a meal or supplies. Good beaches within driving distance. Great location for site seeing. Had a good trip. 3rd time to Kauai.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub are fantastic Features to have not only for kids. Since there are three pools/hot tubs on the property it’s never been crowded at the pool area! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for a family of three. Having a fully equipped kitchen really upgraded our stay as well! The apartment wasn’t as clean as I would expect my own house to be but certainly clean enough to have a comfortable stay. We would come again!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to shopping centers, close to the beach. And was a good midway point between the north and south side of the island. The only bad thing was there was no broom so we could sweep up anything we tracked in. We checked with the front desk and they had no broom that we could use.
