Were very pleased with the corner room with a fabulous view of Nyhavn. Room was good sized and comfortable. We were lucky enough to be assigned the one room with a narrow wrap-around balcony. A small table / chairs would be a good addition.
The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and adequate. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast attendant seemed a bit stiff.
Downsides were greatly overcome by the positives. But be aware that the elevator to the rooms is VERY small. Also, without air conditioning fresh air from open windows can be a necessity. With its outstanding location, street noise can continue late into the night and maintenance work on the street / sidewalk during our visit started promptly at 7 am. Closed windows helped, but did not seal out noise completely. That is the price you pay for being in the middle of it all.
Highly recommend opting for the corner room with view if you can get it.
Hotel is right on the canal with easy access to major attractions. The property is newly renovated and the rooms are very nice. I did not care much for their breakfast. It is minimal and not worth $20. You can the metro from the airport for $3 and nearest stop is about 10 minutes walk. Overall, an excellent choice in Copenhagen.
