This was our second visit to Kauai. We spent time south and north. This place is right in the middle. Short drive to great food and grocery store. The oceanfront views are fantastic and path to beach is short. Would absolutely stay here again.

A little cramped in the living room seating area for our group of 6, but the bedrooms were great and the property was clean and comfortable. Only 4 chairs on the veranda but had room for more. The veranda had a great view and we loved that it had access to the next unit's veranda as we were vacationing with another group.

Kauai was our second stop on Hawaiian journey. We loved everything about the house, the location, the easy checking in. It was perfect for 6 persons. Our only regret is we should have stayed longer. 4 nights was not enough. We strongly recommend it!

We are so happy with this condo! We wish we could have stayed here for our full two week vacation! The space accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and the seating on the lanai is big enough for all of us to enjoy morning coffee sunrises! We have enjoyed many condos on the island and this is by far our favorite! Mahalo!

We had an outstanding stay, you will not find a better location, steps from the beach or the pool. Amazing views and walking distance to places to eat and shopping. We did have an issue with some beach bugs, but the management company responded immediately. We will be back again!

Perfectly situated between Lihue and Kapa’a, with a lovely beach and pool closer than it looks in the listing pictures. The beach is not typical as it has a reef break, that fills a 2’ wading area. Lots of fun for the kids. Tons of turtles and fishermen to entertain as we sat at the pool. We walked to Lydgate beach and Kapa’a. Grocery store less than a mile away and coconut marketplace, with shopping and dining down the block. The unit itself was a perfect layout for our 6 adults and 2 small children. It also provides gorgeous views, ocean breezes and surf background noise. It was however, worn and dated. If you can get over that, you will enjoy the benefits of the location.

The beach and pool are closer than they appear in the pictures. If you walk past the logs there is a calm “lagoon” refreshed by the waves. Walking distance (<2 miles) to shopping, groceries, drug store and Kapaa.

Great location, close to downtown Ka'paa, centrally located between North & South Shore as well as easy access to the airport. This place is very spacious, amazing view, a great pool and extremely comfortable beds. My family of 6 adults had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the spacious lanai and watching the waves roll in on the beach. The beach right in front of the property is not swimmable, however the beach to the far right has a nice beach to swim and surf in. We enjoyed watching the wind surfers as well. There are also some great hikes 10-15 mins away and many breakfast options that are walkable (fresh malasadas). Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful property- very spacious. Loft bedroom shower was not very clean and the upstairs bathroom had no soap, shampoo, conditioner or Kleenex. The thing that really really upset us was that in the kitchen silverware drawer there was a fingernail (fake one) but very disturbing. This means the silverware was not truly clean and we felt all the dishware had to be washed before using. I can send a picture to you- it really really grossed us out. It is still very disturbing.

The ocean view was amazing as was the pool. The condo was nice but needs to be updated. The beds were super comfortable. Had some issues with parking, broken lights, and broken tv. Had a difficult time contacting the rental host. They never answered the phone. Left messages and sometimes they called back and other times they didn’t. We had cockroaches in the kitchen at night. Unfortunately the unit below us was being remodeled during our entire stay. Twelve hours a day of banging, sawing, and hammering did not make for a peaceful vacation.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Enjoyed the sunrises on the nice comfortable deck. The bakery across the street was amazing as was the Lava Lava Beach Club. The condo was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall the condo is dated and needs to be freshened up a bit. We had issues with cockroaches in the kitchen at night. We tired to report this to the Rental Host but they never answered their phone which was an ongoing issues with them. It was very unfortunate that for our entire visit there was a remodel going on in the unit below us. The loud banging, sawing, and hammering was a bummer. They worked seven days a week, twelve hours a day. We were told there would be ample parking but that was not the case at all. The remodel crew took the extra spots and often parked in our assigned spot. We enjoyed our stay in Kauai but will stay some place else next time.

Location was great. View was spectacular with the ocean right there and beautiful sunrises. Pool on oceanside that was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Inside, the beds were very comfortable with a TV in each room. Accessible beach chairs and coolers. The lani was nice and big with comfortable sitting. Only downside was there were no spices, foil or baggies etc in kitchen and no laundry soap/ dryer sheets for starters. There was a lovely bakery across the street. And there was a locked gate for entrance to the units. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The view was worth every penny and then some!!

All 3 couples enjoyed our stay at this condo. The sunrises, pool and location were great. We had to call for a few minor repairs and they were promptly addressed. It is a beautiful condo but could use a little refresh. Particularly the living room furniture and sliding glass doors. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a family trip for my husband and myself, our adult daughter and her husband, our adult son and his girlfriend. This was a perfect location. Very comfortable. Relaxing. Great morning view! It had all the amenities we needed from beach towels, to a cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. We will be back!

Problems in unit 2F ● TV in front bedroom had no operational remote. Asked for assistance, guy came twice and still didn't fix nor did he bring batteries for it. Cable died once as well. ● Toilet backed up and there were no plungers in any of the three bathrooms. ● No large serving spoons, frying pans or spatula. Only three steak knives for a house that sleeps six. Lacking in basic necessities. There was 1" by 2" cube of soap for each bathroom which houses two people each. Nothing for the shower. ● AC units not able to turn off. Guy came to fix. Still didn't fix. Different rooms work intermittently at best. Over all the unit needs updating. Old funky cabinets and counters in all bathrooms and kitchen. I've stayed in better. Lovely location though. There are other units that are nicer at 366 Papaloa Road.

Loved our vacation. This property was perfectly located to accommodate all of our activities. The pool wasn’t crowded and having food within walking distance made feeding the teenagers easy (and delicious).
