Service conciergerie à l'écoute pour faciliter le repérage dans la ville. Espace spa et piscine très agréable pour se délasser en fin de journée. « It’s very difficult to write anything bad about The Puli. From the entrance to the rooms to the spa, everything was top notch. If there was one area that was maybe “disappointing” it was the room service menu where there were few food choices, and the wine list was pricey - even for a 5* hotel. »

« i lived here for 6 nights, breakfast was great, staffs were very nice & helpful. I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it! »

« Hi, not enough bottle of water in the room, breakfast is a really pricy seeing the quality, i would expect more fresh pastry, fresh croissant or pain au chocolat, real cheese (for a swiss branded hotel it is a MUST), real charcuterie (for swiss branded hotel it is also a MUST), nice quality of jam.
I would expect also the hotel to be more ecology friendly (no individual soap...)
But overall it is a nice hotel »

« Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100% »

« This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place. »

Proche quartier sympa avec bars tranquilles et restaurants. Les seuls hics seraient que le grand lit faisait plutôt du 140cm et qu’il n’y a pas de placard, mais on s’y fait :) Idéal 2 nuits. »

« Hôtel à taille humaine, chaleureux, jeune, à la deco très soignée. Nous avons eu la chance de loger au 15e étage, et la vue était splendide.
Tout est étudié dans le moindre détail,et vous vous sentez plus à la maison que dans un hôtel.
Le service est très attentif et chaleureux. Mais l’anglais reste difficile. Situation assez proche d une station, au calme, proche d’un mall. »
