« Excellent hôtel très bien situé près des attractions principales. La chambre impeccable très technologique. Services autant lobby que le service de nettoyage. Seul point négatif, on avait deux chambres et ça prit un plus long moment avant d’avoir la deuxième, car elle n’était pas propre, cependant après 2h d’attente ils nous ont donné une autre chambre sur le même étage. »

« The rooms are clean daily, nice heated toilet seats, perfect for winter months. The shops were nearby within walking distance. The staff very friendly and helpful with accommodating our needs. I would recommend adding additional washer and dryer to accommodate the number of guest using the laundry which is included as an amenities. The facility only as 1 washer and dryer and it does takes awhile to dry the clothes. »

« Although nothing special on the outside, the hotel was extremely clean and beautiful inside. Our room was super high tech with buttons that did everything, bathroom and shower were incredible, toiletries smelled amazing. Most importantly, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast!! It was varied and abundant and very tasty. Will certainly come back »

« Excellent location for the Bund, for the tourist with only a couple of days this places you in the center of it all. The property provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and security, good breakfast. The lobby bar is not really a bar that I prefer for a proper cocktail or beer/wine. I found for my couples day in the area, I wanted to get off the street and crowds for a drink and seat back and relax but generally I didn't find that in the area. »
