« Fantastic hotel, in a great location for exploring Shanghai. Two minute walk to the nearest metro, and so many great bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were fantastic and so helpful with me, as I needed to arrange delivery of some parcels to friends in other parts of China. 100% recommend this hotel. »

« I really appreciated how every staff member and to name a few names that we can remember - Sabrina and every staff in the executive lounge, the new executive chef Matt, and his team of waiting staff and chefs, conceige staff Mark and his team. We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent.
