« Casa Bahía Linda is a great place to enjoy the sunsets, nice views, can swim in a good size pool, hear the waves at night. Getting down or up the Casa can be challenging but close walk to the beach and minutes walking to town. Alma Rosa (from Kiyoba) answer all questions quick and Gerardo (the host) was answering to questions within minutes and giving us good suggestions. We will be planning our next stay in Casa Bahía Linda again!. »

« The house was great. The location is great. Next to lots of eating establishments. Near 2 banks (ATMs). Near the Lake Chapala Society, all within 5 or 6 blocks. The neighbors and neighborhood are so friendly and kind. The host was on it. When we needed anything, he made sure his on call maintenance guy was there. Not sure how he did this in Mexico but the guy was here within 1 or 2 hours even on a Sunday. Love the place and the host. So sad to leave. »

« Our stay at this PVR villa was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 10 and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff truly made the difference. « Spent a month of February 2025 at this condo in Litus. Accommodation exactly as described in the advertisement. Very comfortable setting, clean, well maintained. Ground floor access to a patio and direct walk out to the pool a few yards away. Residence is in authentic old Mexican community. Surrounding area provided interest on our morning walks. check-in process was hampered with the Wi-Fi not working. Host immediately address the issue, but it caused a delay in getting complete introductions...

« The property was just as it was listed, 7 bdrms/5+ bathrooms and worked perfectly for what we were looking for. The backyard opens onto the golf course and was fabulous. « We loved our stay here. I've been to PV before and stayed in a newer condo, but this time I wanted something more authentic. And this house delivered. From the decor, to the pool and grounds, and feel, it was exactly what I was looking for. The only down side was not finding a cocktail shaker for margs, but we made do. « I was on the fence about this place days prior to using it. Communication with the host made me comfortable. Total of 5 family members. Everyone was comfortable. A/c system was a big plus along with hot water for the shower. All cooking utensils were there. We rented a small van that fitted 7 people and it fit perfectly in the secured parking space. « Place is lovely. Clean, friendly hosts, beautiful courtyard and easy parking right in front. Great space! Always felt safe, felt safe everywhere we went. Definitely recommend. The only downside is no air conditioning and during the day if we stopped or a few nights, it was pretty warm even with the fans. »
