Sehr gute Gastgeber. Sehr saubere Zimmer, auf wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Was will man mehr. Und was mir noch persönlich sehr gut gefiel, die Dusche hatte so ein gutes Druck und Warmwasser perfekt. Wir hatten sehr gute Zeit verbracht. Danke Serdar und Bülent abi und Zeynep abla.

Herseyiyle beklentilerimizin cok üstünde bir konaklama deneyimi yasadik. Otele giris yaptigimiz ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü yaklasim ciktitimiz ana kadar bir gram azalmadan devam etti. Odalar yeteri konforda. Kahvaltisi oldukca tatmin edici. İlgi be alaka her anlamda sizi guvende ve keyifli hissettire ek duzeyde. Otelin konumu harika. 100 metreye Galata Porttasiniz. 500 metreye istiklal caddesinde. Tam arada oldukca iyi mekanlara yakin bir konumda. Keeinlikle bir sonraki istanbul seyahatimozde tereddutsuz kalmak isteyecegimiz bir yer oldu burasi. Kahvaltidaki personel ve resepsiyon personelinin ilgisi her anlamda ust seviyedeydi. I ordered queen suite for 2 adults 2 children the hotel insisted to put only 2 towels when I asked for 2 more the answer was that the staff already gone and that i have 2 bath robe and its mor than enough. I spent 6 days and only in 3 days i got 4 towels the res i had to manage with 2 towels. the same happened with blankets and pillows, they charge for 4 peoples but provide towels and blankets for 2. at the first day there was not hot water at all. I had a lot of expectations from the hotel but i was very disappointed.

Hello dear Haim, We usually locate room half towel and half bathrobe as a policy, when the guest prefer to change we help them. there should be a misunderstanding about the changing flow. otherwise we will not allow to take a shower our guest without a bath towel as well. you complaint about pillow and blanket quantity but we supply enough piece of them for our guest even we give more pillow. such as in bedroom we put 4 pillow instead of 2 pillow. but you dont focus on it. there would be some temporary temperature changes about combi boiler. otherwise we have always hot water. have a good day

Wir kamen in unser Zimmer und uns ist direkt ein stechender Geruch aufgefallen. Haben es auch direkt angesprochen und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir das Zimmer erstmal lüften sollen und dann wäre alles gut. Gesagt getan. Am nächsten Tag war der schreckliche Geruch immer noch da! Und der Teppichboden war an bestimmten Flächen nass und allgemein einfach nur dreckig! Ich habe das alles am nächsten Morgen angesprochen und um ein neues zimmer gebeten. Leider konnte man mir nicht weiterhelfen, da die zimmer wohl ausgebucht waren. Gegen den Gestank wollten sie anscheinend auch nichts machen. Ansonsten hatten wir ein zimmer das in den Innenhof gerichtet war und somit hatten wir 0 Tageslicht. Also egal ob morgen oder Abend man hat sich einfach nur abgekapselt gefühlt. Alles in einem war das hotel einfach nur eine Enttäuschung! Würde ich nie wieder buchen und auch wirklich keinem weiterempfehlen!

Merhaba Ayşe hanım, odanızdaki koku muhtemelen dışarıdan geliyor. Çünkü düzenli olarak temizliği yapılan odalarımızda pis ağır bir koku olması ihtimali yok. Yakınımızda bir adet kahve kavurma atölyesi ve bir de kebab salonu olup kokunun kaynağı buralar olabilir. halı ve koltukların temizliği periyodik olarak yapılmaktadır. Temizlenmeden misafire sunulması mümkün değildir. otelimiz o tarihte dolu olduğundan sizi yeni bir odaya almamız mümkün olamadı. Bu suite tipinde odalarımız arka cepheye bakmaktadır.

Hello dear Larry; First of all, your rating and comment disappointed and saddened us. Because we always try to do our best for our guests from the entrance to the exit. You have a complaint about the towel change flow. You are the first guest to complain about this. We reserve enough materials for the suit and procure additional materials when necessary. Our suites are periodically disinfected. There is no chance to see mosquitoes in the suites. It's probably coming from outside. Our breakfast has a variety of items and is quite good. Our breakfast buffet does not deserve to be called a very simple breakfast. On the contrary, it has very rich content. good day

Location of tophane suites was perfect. Easy walking distance to the different neighborhoods. Having a larger place to stay with a kitchen was great. I would stay here for pur next visit.

Расположение отличное, шаговая доступность до многих достопримечательностей. Комфортные апарты с видом внутрь двора - тихо ночью. Кравать удобная, но слегка мягковата для нас. Кухня укомплектована полностью. В гастиной есть диван, ктр раскладываятся в удобное 2х спальное место. Завтрак приносят в апарты. Дружелюбный персонал. Тепло - важно осенью и зимой! Есть лифт. Рядом кафе, магазин, аптека. Замудренные выключатели в апартах, сразу просите показать как правильно пользоваться.

Need A Hotel Name Sign
It was good experience overall except for the hotel name sign is too small. When we were about to check-in we kept circling the area for 3 times using google maps looking for the hotel but we couldn't find it cause there's no hotel name sign above the building. Although there is a very small one on main door, but it can't be seen if you are looking up for a hotel name sign. Other than this everything was actually good.

I booked 6 rooms in this hotel for a family gathering. The rooms' conditions were excellent. The hotel's staff and workers were very friendly and were always welcome to questions and requests. The location of the hotel was close to public transportation and popular attractions. We had a very good time during our stay. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Comfortable hotel, good location, walking distance to Karaköy, Galata and beyond. Room was big with fold out sofa bed for kids. Light switches were confusing. Breakfast was pretty good although more fruit would have been nice. Rooftop seating area was nice.

Замечательный отель вблизи достопримечательностей и остановок метро и трамвая. До Галатской башни 10 минут пешком, до Истикляля также 10 минут. Отличный сытный завтрак в турецком стиле, отзывчивый персонал готов помочь в решении любых вопросов. На самом верхнем 6-м этаже открытая терраса с видами на город для отдыха. Номер уютный, просторный, с полноценным кухонным уголком (холодильник, СВЧ печь, плита, посудомоечная машина) и посудой. Чайный набор и питьевая вода пополняются ежедневно. Уборка каждый день, санузел и душ без нареканий, все принадлежности присутствуют. Рекомендуем для размещения семей с детьми.

Absolutely phenomenal stay
I had a phenomenal stay at Tophane Suites! The rooms were extremely clean and modern. I had a rental car that they parked for me in their private garage; the street was quite busy and when I arrived to check in there was no street parking left, so I just put my hazards on and someone came out right away to move my car (and I think that's the norm). While I was there, I was trying to plan the rest of my trip (all very last minute), and the front desk was SO helpful, calling people for me, looking up airline promo codes for me (I ended up with 10% off my flight to Cappadocia), and just above and beyond what I'd expect of any hotel front desk. As for the location, it's in a neighbourhood of narrower streets and alleys, so it's quieter at night. BUT it was still close enough to be within walking distance of the lively restaurant/pub areas and the major tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, etc). The hotel told me about lots of transport options, but I liked the ~40min walks. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want a mix of modern/lively and cultural/historical Istanbul.
