très déçus!
Le personnel n’est vraiment pas accueillant, à chaque demande, nous les embêtons. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos, la douchette avait de la pression une fois sur deux, elle était abîmée, ça coulait partout. Les lumières dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. les prises étaient détachées c’est très dangereux. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux. La piscine est nulle, 10€ après 18h c’est du vol. Le personnel nous interdit de parler car il y a « des massages » en cours ». Les rideaux se ferme mal, on peut voir ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres à travers les couloirs. Je suis très déçus. L’avantage de cet hôtel est juste qu’il est bien situé.

C'était ma 4 fois et je pense que c'est ma dernière fois aussi !!! Je fait ma réservation pour 5 nuit. J'aime cette hôtel juste pour la fléxibillité du transport. 2 nuit après je me suis fait interpeller par un monsieur de la réception il ma suivie jusqu'à Dévant l'ascenseur pour soit disant controle juste parceque j'était un " noir " nous étions 3 personnes moi est les deux autres, j'été le seule à êtres interpeller pour ce du non réspect au cliènt, et le monsieur en question il était trés enerveux.

Surprise dès mon arrivée, hôtel en travaux donc entrée principale condamnée, je pensais que l'hôtel était fermé,finalement il était indiqué de rentrer par l'arrière. Bruyant dû aux travaux il faut absolument bien se débrouiller en anglais si non vous n'arriverait pas communiquer.

Séjour agréable, chambre confortable, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le personnel est prévenant. Seul petit bémol, la carte magnétique se désactivait et nous devions à chaque fois nous rendre à la réception de l'hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé
Je suis tombée pendant les travaux de rénovation et la moitié du bâtiment était fermée, ce qui m'a déconcertée à l'arrivée. Mais j'ai été tout de suite prise en charge par le personnel, enregistrée rapidement et menée à ma chambre, petite mais confortable et avec une très jolie salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner buffet proposait un choix très vaste mais le sucré était meilleur que le salé et la terrasse donnant sur la mosquée du bazar était très agréable. L'hôtel est situé sur la ligne de tram N°1, à la hauteur du grand bazar, ce qui est parfait tant pour se promener dans les alentours immédiats que pour rejoindre d'autres quartiers, voire l'aéroport.

Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous instances where the staff members were unhelpful, indifferent, and at times, outright rude. It was my 10th anniversary. My room was upgraded with beautiful view top floor, very cute they had me balloons and rose petals. The hotel is so reachable to food shops transportation, friendly manner of staff is also a bonus. Only thing I would say the air con can be better and also the fridge can also be better. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Mein Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Im Hotel haben Renovierungsarbeiten stattgefunden. Leider gab es dazu vorab vom Veranstalter oder auf der HP des Hotels einen Hinweis. Es gab tagsüber Lärm. Vor dem Hotel haben Pflasterarbeiten stattgefunden, was sehr laut und staubig war. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Brot war sehr früh geschnitten worden daher schon trocken beim Servieren die Aufbackbrötchen waren auch schon hart. Die ganzen Brote waren frisch und weich. Also besser selbst aufschneiden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The stuff and reception was amazing made us feel like home I would recommend everyone staying at this hotel they even welcomed us with fruit platter .

very clean , the rooms are amazing with the view , easy to access, the front desk who check it us cant remember the name but was the nicest person .
