Nice hotel but shuttle service to avoid
Nice hotel downtown, nice breakfast and the inside is charming. A bad point : The hotel offers 60euros shuttle to come from the airport. Avoid it. normal price for a taxi is around 15 to 20 euros and we had to wait 30 minutes for other passenger even if they were not going to the same hotel. Even with that they wanted to charge 10% extra because we wanted to pay by card as we mentioned in the reservation. Deceiving way to treat a customer.

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine et parties communes magnifiques ! Personnel très aidant et agréable ! Propreté et services plus qu’impeccable Très bien localisé pour une première fois à Istanbul c’est-à-dire à côté des sites touristique. En outre, la proximité du tram T1 et de la gare est un réel plus. (Pour ce rendre dans les autres quartiers) Seuls défauts le sauna et certaines chambres manques légèrement de luminosité mais la beauté et la taille de celles-ci, avec la qualité de la décoration ainsi que les briques rouges apparentes, font très vite oublier ce point (chambre deluxe)

Hôtel très décevant, ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles
Très déçu par cet hôtel, faisant confiance au bon avis nous avons décidé de passer une semaine dans cet hôtel. Hôtel pas digne d'un 4 étoiles: coupure d'eau, odeur de canalisation permanente dans la chambre, vue sur les poubelles en chambre supérieure... Ce qui nous a déçu: lit inconfortable (matelas très très dur), vue sur la cours avec les déchets pour une chambre supérieure ce n' est pas acceptable, peu de choix sucrés au petit déjeuner et pas fameux, odeur désagréable de la chambre, plainte faite aux personnels mais celui ci nous a dit que cette prestation est normale, bouteille d'eau journalière payante... Ce qui nous a plu: ménage fait tous les jours même lorsque nous sortons de la chambre tard.

Très bonne situation géographique près de tout pour visiter Istanbul. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner très bien, dommage que pour le prix des chambres et un 4 étoiles l’expresso café soit payant. Cela ne sert absolument à rien de mettre cet hôtel en vip access parce qu’aucun avantage n’a été proposé, surtout que l’hôtel était quasiment vide.

Arriver un peu plus tôt que prévue il nous on pris en charge rapidement, l hôtel est magnifique avec une déco atypique que j’adore brique, pierre, marbre. Très proche de l extra centre de la mosquée bleu et du grand bazar, premier séjour avec mon fils de 1 ans et cela c’est super bien passer je recommande fortement.

Parfait
Un très bel établissement très propre et un service incroyable. Le personnel est très gentil et extrêmement accueillant. L’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier stratégique à deux pas de tout. En revanche attention il n’y a pas de parking dans l’hôtel seules deux places sont disponibles et uniquement de nuit car la route devant l’hôtel est fermé en journée. Sinon tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Je suis assez exigeante mais tout était parfait la chambre etait propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Le service et le petit déjeuner au top. On se sent vraiment bien dans cet hôtel

Habités à y séjourné une fois par an nous en étions entièrement satisfait jusqu’à notre dernier séjour août 2020 .Changement du personnel au petit déjeuner.Nouveau personnel désagréable et d’une lenteur affreuse.Nouveau décor du restaurant vieillot l’excellent buffet du petit déjeuner remplacé par petit déjeuner très pauvre servi à table (pain beurre confiture fromage (trés peu) ,quelques tranches de concombre et de tomates.

Bel hotel, beaux espaces, bien entretenu et accueillant. Très bonne situtation touristique. Prenez garde : certaines chambres doubles supérieures ont des fenêtres borgnes (chambre 205 et 206 notamment) qui donnent directemet sur des canisses : pas de vue...C'est très dommage! alors que la 204 juste à côté à des belles ouvertures

Très bonne option sur Istanbul tant pour sa localisation, un édifice historique complètement rénové avec goût et surtout un niveau de service au top de la part de Gokhan le manager de la relation clients.

Très bel hôtel, Très bien placé, à proximité de tout, juste faire attention pour l'accès avec le taxi, le quartier devient piétons à certains heures., Stafs super sympa. Le petit déjeuner dans un cadre très sympa d'une ancienne fabrique de tabac .

The location is great for shopping. The bathroom has a bad smell like a sewage. No a/c because is winter and opening the windows you feel the cigarettes from people smocking behind the building or the noise of cats, etc. the brekfast was minimun and the service was not attentive.

Otopark YOK!
Hotels.com yanlış bilgilendirme yapmış. Oteli özellikle otopark imkanı olduğu için ve Sirkeciye yakın olması nedeniyle tercih ettim. Ancak otelin otoparkı yok. Geç saatte otele giriş yaptım, Check in sırasında, sabah belirli saate kadar aracın otel önünde durabileceği sabah da görevli arkadaşın otoparka çekip anahtarı resepsiyona bırakacağı konusunda anlaştık ancak sabahki personel aracı otoparka bırakmak konusunda isteksiz kaldı. Mecburen sabah otopark aramak zorunda kaldım. Doğru bilgilendirme yapılsaydı otoparkı olan başka bir otelde kalmayı tercih ederdim. Otoparkı sorun etmeyenler için otelin konumu mükemmel.
