Premier séjour à Istanbul et dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était très professionnel. La responsable de relation clients faisait beaucoup d’effort pour me parler en français et rendre agréable mon séjour. La chambre était parfaite, le lit très confortable, les équipements en très bon état, le nettoyage est fait chaque jour, le petit-déjeuner très diversifié et j’en profite pour remercier la dame qui m’a fait mes omelettes (tomates, fromage et jambon) durant tout mon séjour😉.

hôtel très bien situé,propre que je recommande volontier. Dommage que le grill ocakbasi et le pub anglais étaient fermés en plein mois d'aout. Personnel agréable et disponible. Seul petit bémol le mauvais comportement de certains personnel du restaurant la terrasse qui vous font clairement savoir qu'il faut laisser un pourboire et qui ne vous rende pas la monnaie quand vous payez la note de restaurant en espèces. l'arnac de best western hotel istanbul
Les chambres réservés étés mentionnes dans la réservation des chambres pour 3 personnes de 25M2 et vue sur Mer, a notre arrivées ils nous ont donnés des chambres de 15M2 pour 2 personnes et vue sur l'intérieur de l'hotel. d'autant plus que ma réservation été pour deux chanbres et pour 14 nuits.

Bel hôtel, mais il faut savoir...
C'est un bel établissement à 100 m de la station Tram Beyasite. Le personnel est chaleureux, serviable et souriant. La piscine circulaire au 7ieme et dernier étage avec son solarium est un vrai plus après une journée de visite sous le soleil. Deux points négatifs: Les rues avoisinantes qui descendent vers le Bosphores sont sales ( au bout d'un jour ou deux on y fait plus trop attention...), L'isolation tant intérieure qu'exterieure est totalement inexistante ( prévoyez des boules quiès). On a l'impression que les gens sont dans votre chambre.

Parfaite situation
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Cet établissement a l'avantage d'être situé au coeur du quartier de Sultanahmet, à deux pas du Grand Bazaar, non loin de la mosquée Bleue, de Ste Sophie, de la Cirterne de la Basilique et de Topkapi. Il est donc possible de visiter une grande partie d'Istanbul à pied. La station de Tram est par ailleurs toute proche également. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel accueillant, la chambre est conforme à un établissement 4 étoiles, donc nous n'avons pas à regretter notre choix. Seul bémol toutefois, l'isolation phonique est mauvaise, nous entendions la télé du voisin de droite et de celui de gauche, les gens parler, les bruits de douche etc... Heureusement, entre 0h et 7h c'était calme.... Mais impossible d'être au calme entre 22h et 0h !

Hôtel très confortable. Une vue sur le bosphosre magnifique. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon prix abordable. N'hésitez à aller vous faire un massage dans le centre bien être. La personne est adorable et fait des massages superbes. L'hôtel est situé à 500m du grand bazar et aussi au milieu des grossistes. Par contre circulation très dense par là-bas les taxis ne veulent pas aller là-bas mais ya le métro et le tram juste à côté.

Hôtel décevant car très mal insonorisé et extrêmement bruyant malgré l avoir signalé au personnel...Impossible de dormir la nuit à cause du manque d isolation acoustique et la journée le bruit des voitures et des klaxons vous atomisent les oreilles.
