Hôtel renové, bien placé, avec un personnel toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement Demandez des chambres qui ne donnent pas sur la routes afin de ne pas être dérangé par le tramway.

Terrible experience, so many issues in last 12 hours so far, 1.the WiFi stopped working and they said they can't fix it. 2. The air conditioner of our room doesn't work and they said they can't change our room because there are none available 3. They didn't even give us extra blankets Horrible customer service

Godt hotel.
Dejligt hotel til fornuftig pris. Fin morgenmad. Et par ridser: Der manglede håndklæder på værelset, vand blev ikke stillet op hver dag, taxa fra lufthavnen blev ikke til noget uanset jeg skrev 4 gange til hotellet. Men metroen virker og er billig i pris, og nok også hurtigere.

To whom this may concern, Unfortunately I’m writing this email because I was extremely disappointed and disheartened with my experience at Idylle hotel during my stay 07/02/24 to 12/02/24. I was appalled at the level of cleanliness of the room. The floor was not clean neither was the shower room. Significant amount of dust had accumulated and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed dust on the furniture and surfaces and asked the staff to ensure it would be cleaned properly the next day. However this did not happen and the bathroom was also not well-maintained, with visible dust and dirt in the corners. One of the main reasons why I chose this hotel was because of its cleanliness testing as I have a severe dust allergy, eczema and asthma. Maintaining a clean and dust-free environment was crucial for me and unfortunately the whole stay I had an eczema flare up and inflammation. It was disheartening to see the lack of attention to cleanliness. Not only this but another major issue was the shower which was disgusting and the pump did not even work. Future guests should not have to endure the same disappointment and discomfort that I experienced during my stay especially with a health condition. I have attached images below illustrating my frustration and level of uncleanliness. Thank you.

Good service but dusty room
The Hotel’s location is attractive. The Service was 5/5 stars and the breakfast as Well. But the room had really much dust, and one of the bed’s spring was default. Thanks for the visit.

If youre going to spend most of your time out of your hotel its ideal the location is 10/10 does have draw backs though towels were stained noisy even with windows closed and overall condition wasnt great but as i said it was very good in terms of loaction walking distance to most places and the tram stop is literally outside which takes you to most places

Wir waren 4 Tage mit meiner Tochter auf Istanbul Tour. Das Idylle Hotel liegt super zentral fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der historischen Halbinsel. Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Cisterna Basilika, die blaue Moschee, der Große Bazar, die Neue Moschee und der Gewürz Bazar sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das mitgebrachte Auto kann man direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Straße stehen lassen. Für etwas weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man das Auto nehmen oder mit der Bahn, dass direkt vor dem Hotel hält erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig zum Großteil immer statisch aber teilweise abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend bei Fragen zu der Umgebung oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und werden auch täglich sauber gemacht. Das Inventar ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad sind auch unschöne Stellen. Wer es makellos haben möchte sollte in ein teures 5 Sterne Hotel. Lautstärke von der Straße aus ist laut wegen der Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Wenn man das Fenster jedoch schließt ist es relativ ruhig. Wie sind nach dem Frühstück etwa um 10 aus dem Hotel und erst spätabends zurück. Daher war das Hotel für uns perfekt. Preisleistung Top. Wir können Idylle Hotel für Istanbul Tourer wie uns weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmals an das nette Personal. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Perfect location. Only problem is noise from tram below. We stayed on the first floor above the tram station so there was a lot of street noise. Breakfast is ok..basic. but location is perfect. Close to everything and in a vwry safe neighborhood. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

About the breakfast we serve prodects that are acceptable to consume in the morning. Breakfast changes based on the culture of every country and in our hotel we serve it based on our culture. A relatively old property which has been updated. Friendly and approachable staff, great to talk to. Breakfast is decent, but the quality of the toiletries is a bit cheap. Housekeeping is daily and hairdryer provided. The rooms take 2 pin plugs, please take an adapter if needed. All attractions are walking distance or easily commutable with the Tramway located outside the hotel. The hotel can reserve activities for you if requested and some local shops are discounted. Food and gift shopping otherwise is generally expensive within the local area. I would however definitely recommend this hotel to others, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for all your help!!

This hotel is not what they it's 9.6 out 10, no way I rate this hotel 4 out o10 the only good thing is the area around it. this hotel operates with one employee after 3:00 pm, no service at all, what ever you get it yourself. the room was not clean, the bathroom has not been mapped for a while with mold in the shower.

Good deal for budget traveler. Tiny room, as expected for the price in the heart of the Istanbul tourist area. Short walk to Topkapi, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Cistern, and Grand Bazaar. Nice hike up to Galata tower. Allow 1.5 hours in rush hour to/from airport or bus station, much less in early morning.
