Sayın Berk Burak ;Öncelikle yaptığınız yorumlardan otel konaklamanızdan memnun olarak ayrılmadığınızı öğrenmek bizleri gerçekten üzdü. Konaklama yaptığınız tarih aralığı kış dönemine denk geldiğinden klima sistemimiz açık değildir(ısıtmamız merkezi kalorifer sistemi üzerinden gerçekleşmektedir.) 404 numaralı oda için teknik servis televizyon ve minibar açısından herhangi bir sorun bulamamıştır, oda değişikliğinden sonra ise ısıtma sorunu araştırmamıza göre sizden önce konaklayan misafir sıcaklıktan ötürü kaloriferin vanasını kapattığından ısınma sağlanmamıştır, yeni bir notta bırakmadığınız için bizim bu sorundan haberimiz olmamıştır, otelde konakladığınız süre zarfında bilgimiz olsaydı elbette yardımcı olurduk , yaşadığınız olumsuzluklara rağmen ileride çok daha iyi şartlarda sizi yeniden misafir edebilmek dileği ile, mutlu ve sağlıklı günler diliyoruz.
