Chambre très petite et surtout salle de bain horrible on a le nez direct dans la cuvette des toilettes et après la douche et le lavabo et dans la chambre l’hôtel est en pente donc il faux descendre ou monter et le personnel est infect

As they are stated on our page; our double rooms are approximately 18 square meters, and our rooms' inner design is shown in the photos so our guests can have an idea before booking. Nevertheless, if we were to know your troubles when you were here, we would have helped you with them: especially with our staff. Your comment about our staff is very strong and we got really upset and wondered what might have happened to make you comment like that because when you were here and checking out you confirmed to our Front Office Manager that everything went well. We tried to reach you and sent you messages to learn why you commented like that but we didn't get a reply, unfortunately. We appreciate it if you could reach us and give us the chance to learn and fix things so that we can make amends for the happenings and we can prevent our future guests from having this problem. We really hope to accommodate you here again for a better experience. Wish you the best

The reception will either change your room or direct the technical service personnel to your room and solve the existing problem in a short time. infernale et on y reviendra jamais ,arnaque flagrante chambre étouffante climatiseur éteint de la centrale bouffe infecte (cafetière qui sert de l'eau pas du café) et si on demande un café expresso alors là comme si on a à faire à georges Cloony c'est à payer en extra !!!!grave..pas d'internet pendant toute une journée après maintes réclamations des clients.le staff limité juste en langue turque à peiiiiiine un peu d'English...loin d'etre un hotel 4 étoiles il ne mérite que 2 étoiles

The hotel is very comfortable and easily located to trams. Staff very friendly at front desk and speak english well so that helps alot.

What a nightmare was this hotel. The neighbourhood of the hotel was very bad. There was litterely nothing to do. No restaurants or anyting. The hotel itself was small. The room was not right placed. The bed was really hard. No customer service, no help. There was a noise every night in the room like there was water leaking down from the roof. Not recommendable. We were there for 2 days and after we booked another hotel because they would not help us. Never again!

This review comes with a huge gratitude to the Grand Beyazit Hotel staff. Everyone, without exception, was very sweet and accommodating. Directed me to a good shopping places, suggested tours and restaurants. Breakfast is included and that is a big plus. Surrounding area is verry safe and conveniently located only minutes away from the main attractions. My room was cleaned and tidied every day. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE AMAZING STAY! Highly recommended!

We stayed one night and the experience was great! We will stay there again. Staff spoke English, facility is remodeled and very clean. Breakfast was included and they had a good variety of food.

Gut, trotzdem nicht wieder
Alles in allem gut, leider waren die Badezimmer komplett aus dunklem Glas, so dass man keine Privatsphäre hatte. Außerdem ist das Waschbecken im Zimmer neben das Badezimmer. Wir stehen doch mehr auf konventionelle Baderäume. Sonst ist das Familienappartment geräumig für 5 Personen.

Our hotel has a special design so yes, in most of the rooms, the shower and toilet area are in the room directly but covered with its own walls and glass. This glass has its own blinds so actually it prevents transparency. Nevertheless, we wish we knew when you are here so we can try to assist you. We really appreciate your stay and comment. 호텔 자체는 청결하고 좋습니다. 이스탄불 관광지 근처에 있어 관광에는 좋으나 공항으로 이동할때 시내 차 막힘은 주의해야 합니다.

Dear Guest, Thanks for taking the time to comment. We try our best to meet all of our guests' needs. We wish we could give everyone the biggest rooms of ours. However, we are not able to guarantee the size of the rooms, especially during the occupied dates like the UEFA championship match period when you stayed.
