Our bathroom shower fell apart, the water was leaking, the toilet was not secure and kept moving, We were very excited about our trip but extremely disappointed. There was one employee at check-in with 8-10 guests in line. One waiter at the gorgeous restaurant, therefore, guests were frustrated or left....
