« Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property. »

« Easy check-in and host was super responsive and accommodating! The space was spotless and the hot tub was great (actually gets hot!). The backyard was super cute; and the condo is a short 5-minute walk to Lazy Acres and Lighthouse coffee!Generally, sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen amenities, hair and body products, etc. weren’t the highest quality, but we spent most of our time out and about so didn’t mind — just to set expectations. »

« Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...
