Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour à l'Hotel Annabelle. Grande chambre et belle piscine. De plus la propriétaire Lucia est adorable!

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell. Supertrevlig familj som driver hotellet. Jättebra rum med balkong, fin liten välskött öppen pool. Stadig och jättegod frukost. Nära till strand, stad och hamn. Rekommenderas 😊

Double charging for room
My wife and daughter were charged twice, despite paying in advance the room for three!. She could not leave without paying again, they claimed they have no record of payment I talked to Ms. Annabele by phone. She could not refund the card after leaving. We now, have to engage in costly phone calls while traveling to correct their mustake.

We are immensely sorry for the inconvenience caused, but as soon as we saw the double transaction we did not hesitate to contact you to refund the extra expense. Obviously we have offered, as it should be, to pay all the expenses, even the calls (one) that he made to Our Structure. Today we contacted the bank and we have just sent the cancellation form so in 5 days you can find your money on your wife's card again and thus avoid leaving us the bank details requested yesterday by phone. Hoping that everything is resolved and apologizing again for the inconvenience Kind regards

So friendly staff and nice room!
We stayed for two nights. Staff is very friendly and help you with whatever you need. We had some trombe with finding a ferry and here we got almost no help from anyone on the island. Although it is probably due to the COVID situation, ferry’s don’t run as they usually do. Room was comfortable and clean. We had our own terrace which was really nice. All in all a comfortable and nice stay. I would stay here again!

Hotel Annabelle is an authentic, family-run, Italian gem hidden away in Ischia. Run by Lucia and her daughter Annabelle, this is a lowkey establishment with a pool, a quaint lobby/living room, charming rooms, and a dining room where breakfast and dinner are offered.

Nice stay overall
Overall was good experience - very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location... just couple of things can be improved: weak wifi in the room, toilet and shower functioning ok but a bit too old

Nice spot in Ischia
Trevligt familjehotell i ett relativt lugnt område mitt emellan Porto (hamnen) och Ponte (slottet). Gångavstånd till allt. Bushållplats mycket nära. Hotellet är lite slitet men detta vägs upp av den genuint trevliga familjen som driver hotellet. Rent och fint och mycket sköna sängar! Kontinental frukost, förmodligen beroende på att vi var där under lågsäsong. Nice family run hotel in a quiet area between Porto (harbour) and Ponte (Castello Aragonese). Walking distance to everything. Bus stop very close to hotel. Hotel is a bit worn down but this is well compensated by the genuinely lovely family that runs the hotel. Wonderful people! Nice clean room and very comfortable beds! Continental breakfast, probably due to it being low season during our visit.

Personalen så omtänksamma.
Ett mycket trevligt familjehotell med god service på allt. Stort trevligt rum med altan. Bra frukost. Toppen läge för att göra utflykter på ön. Lätt att ta sig till och från färjan .

Ottima la posizione, meno i servizi.
Hotel situato in una ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Ischia, a pochi passi da Ischia ponte, vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere spaziose quanto basta. C'è la piscina ed il centro benessere, ma per la stagione non ne abbiamo fatto uso. Purtroppo devo lamentare una struttura e arredi abbastanza datati ed una poca attenzione alla pulizia in generale. La prima colazione, servita con distributori automatici, sarebbe da evitare. La scelta dei prodotti è limitata al giusto indispensabile.

Ho trascorso una settimana fantastica, Ischia è stupenda, vedrò di tornare molto presto....hotel Annabelle consigliato vivamente a tutti se amate stare in "famiglia".

gentili ma trascurato
i proprietari sono molto gentili e alla mano ma le stanze sono a dir poco trascurate. Ecco cosa ho trovato: stanza con anta della doccia a penzoloni, presa con scotch, tappeto con macchie marroni, testiera del letto basculante e quindi un rumore ad ogni movimento, letto infossato, asciugamani bianchi macchiati, sedia in tessuto con aloni di sudore. In generale puzza di fumo.
