« Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel. »

« No smoke detector in room just a hole in the ceiling where it is supposed be. One light out if 5 worked on bathroom vaniety. Waffles and syrup had a horrible taste, did not eat it. Would not recommend. »

« The Black Hawk is a very cool, super vintage hotel that is beautifully maintained. It’s like stepping back in time except it’s functional in today’s world. Great bar and pastries in the morning. We’ve already booked our room on the way to Sioux Falls and back. »
