« Beautiful place 😍 »

« The stay was good. The property and rooms were average and could use a bit of upgrade. The bathroom floors were not very clean. Overall the stay was adequate for what we needed. »

« This hotel is not like a normal hotel. Their overnight worker was in a bathrobe. The pool deck needs to be checked for compliance. It is not slip resistant. My daughter got hurt just stepping out of the pool. I would not recommend to anyone with kids. Won't be ever going back. »

« We enjoyed a quick night at the Iowa House for a campus visit. Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. The freshly prepared breakfast quesadilla was delicious! Will stay again! »

« Strong smell of marijuana in the halls 3rd floor) each afternoon. Felt like the target would benefit from a deep cleaning. »

« We were staying there two nights so I requested a first floor room when we checked in and they said they didn’t have any available. Seemed strange when the motel didn’t seem busy at all. No one was usually at the front desk either since they weren’t busy. The bathroom had rusty faucet and no Kleenex anywhere in the room. Some of the walls in the motel needed patching and fresh paint. »

« The room was nice, but the curtains did not close all the way. Saw the neon of the hotel across the street all night. The bed was way too high. I had to almost jump up to get to it. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the night. »

« The facility was clean and the Staff very welcoming. Breakfast selection was very good. »

« Very clean and friendly staff »
