« The hotel was easy to find. We were also close to restaurants, gas stations, fast food, and Walmart, which made things super convenient! The room was very clean and comfortable! Even the parking lot, hallways and common areas were very clean! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The pool was open, clean, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was awesome, both mornings! We really enjoy our breakfasts when we stay with Holiday Inn but this one was fresh, hot, and they were constantly...

« The room was perfect. The seperated bed room from living area was outstanding. I had a peaceful, quiet night of sleep in a very comfortable bed. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were great. »

« I travel for work and have stayed at a few places in Ames before staying here. Let’s just say this is the only place that has felt clean, not just looked clean. I normally don’t stay at hotels that have carpet but this place had carpeting that looked like it had just been shampooed. Excellent upkeep in function and appearance from maintenance/mgmt. Guy at the front desk is always welcoming and after driving for over 4hrs that’s really appreciated. »
