« Our first room did not have hot water. A tech was sent up quickly. When they we unable to fix it they put us in a new room very quickly and professional. »

« The staff is wonderful. We had car trouble and got stuck while waiting for it to be repaired. Dan, who was managing the front desk, was extremely considerate and helped me and my family feel welcomed until we got back on the road. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, modern, nice and well kept. »

« We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament over the weekend. The lodge was amazing, very clean and all staff were so nice and efficient. The pool was clean, and the kids loved it. Breakfast in the morning was great, with many options. Overall would stay here again when in the Des Moines area. »

« This is probably our 6th time staying here. Conveniently located off highway and next to lots of restaurants and stores. Easy free parking, indoor outdoor pool the kids love. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. The evening kick off with food and drinks as well as the breakfast are all wonderful perks. »
