« I loved the cottage...very clean and cute...the road getting back to it needs a little clean up...smoother...we drove our Dodge Challenger...we ended up bottoming out...we drove my brothers car back that night so that was fine...and just one more thing, but not a big deal...need to have a few more outlets or extention cords available. We love it tho and I will be back sometime. »

« I only got three days for my vacation this year and really wanted something different. This little cottage is truly a solitary getaway - and yet, in the midst of a working farm!! It is brand new and set up for every convenience. The sourdough bread and farm-fresh eggs were such a great extra and SO good!! We were blessed with a spectacular sunset (pretty sure that was not included in the extras) and the weather cooperated for a memorable stay. The roosters greeted the morning but were far...

« This property is in a convenient location. Upon entering we noticed stain all over the living room carpet. So gross. Also, the comforters on two of the beds looked dirty and had stains/ marks in many places. The fridge looked dirty too. The beds were comfortable. »

« There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working »
