« Accueil très agréable, établissement très confortable, bien équipé avec une guest laundry très propre, café et thé au lobby à dispo avec sirops, lounge/salle de breakfast très Confortable, spacieuse et petit-déjeuner très copieux... à quelques 2 ou 3 miles du centre Winterset ... un établissement exceptionnel que je recommande vivement ! »

« Staff friendly. We paid for a suite but didn't have a couch as previously when we stayed and paid for a suite. We have sleep issues so get a suite to help with that. Plus my husband wanted to watch NCAA basketball on a couch not the bed!!!! We stayed in February and the swimming pool was closed. It still was closed. Grandkids were looking forward to swim!!!! »

« Clean room, hot showers, yummy scones for breakfast and the $10 credit at the bar was a bonus. Love the Blackhawk »
