« Great condo, everything as advertised. The location is fantastic as it super close to shopping and many restaurants. The check in was smooth and all questions were covered in the house manual. The property very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable. »

« A trendy little industrial style 1 bedroom in the heart of Valley Junction. Just as advertised. The neighborhood is for visiting, so the lack of amenities is a non/issue. A a few board games, and enough kitchenware to cook breakfast; is plenty for what you’d want to be there for in the first place. « If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! »

« This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. « Great place downtown in the R&T building. Easy walk to Iowa Cubs game and tons of restaurants/breweries nearby. Parking was a breeze and connected by skyway. Rooftop patio offered a peaceful evening spot to relax. »
