« We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english »

« Still using the old Evitel branded towels/toiletries/etc. Which are horribly old and stained. More than one room in our group had to request for new towels/floor mats/ pillowcases. My first towel was stained. Had an obvious handprint on it. My second towel was worse. They gave me one smelly so strongly of pee (cat? rat?) we recoiled. Had to go out and buy towels. Both to shower with and to cover the pillowcase. First time I, personally, have ever done that. Ask for an extra pillow,...

« The villa was fantastic and very modern. However, do not expect a real 5 star hotel on the service side. The food was not good, hard to get proper service (i.e. have to ask multiple time for things). Everything is over priced (higher then Singapore price for no reasons). Resort is super far from airport and nothing suround it. No music in restaurants other than pool bar so quite boring. Would not go back. »

« Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Il propose des transferts gratuits depuis et vers le débarcadère de Nongsa. Les bâtiments s'intègrent très bien dans le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des réceptionnistes, notre très grande chambre à proximité immédiate de la mer, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les deux piscines, le bar sur la jetée, les repas abordables, la plage et les rochers en granit qui évoquent la Bretagne quand la marée se retire.
