« Hay cambio de administración y están haciendo el esfuerzo de mejorarla, pero en general está muy desgastadas las instalaciones, les falta ventilador (no de techo) por el calor, la alberca no tiene las baldosas al 100%, en las habitaciones no hay limpieza rigurosa y no garantizan que funcione todo. Las comida el servicio de su personal excepcional! Les tomamos mucho cariño pero deben invertirle al hotel para que sea algo agradable y que dé gusto disfrutar. »

« It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. »

"Estelar is an incredible hotel I would like to recommend ten people Tatiana, Janelly, Albert and Karolay Yan is the boss (Kitchen) Adrian Raiza Luis Alberto Julio Omar all three work in the pool area. I had a great time My only thing is we need more items in the rooms like coffee machines and bath robs This hotel needs to truly compete with world hotels. I travel so much..."

"Appartement extrêmement propre, directement sur la plage public , meilleure emplacement pour admirer le coucher du soleil, un gros WOW pour les piscines et restaurant sur le toit . Merveilleux petit café avec chocolatine au rez-de-chaussée. Je recommande cette hotel, beaucoup d'ambiance et devant les lettres carthagena, à proximités d'une petite épicerie. Nous nous sommes rendu a pied (25 minutes) de la murail et centre d'achat. Un bel endroit a découvrir . "
