« L’hôtel a un très beau potentiel : espace, piscines, végétation, emplacement. Mais Il est ancien et mérite un rafraîchissement dans les chambres, les espaces jeux pour enfants, les couloirs, les accès. Les restaurants ( buffet et snacking) sont chers et la nourriture n’est pas exceptionnelle ( plats trop salés, buffet pas très variés et produits de qualité moyenne et pas très travaillés pour ce prix). Le personnel est gentil. »

« The place was okay. Great hosts. They did there best. A lot of space. The place needs some work. Location was okay. Not the best. Jacazzi didn't work at all. Note to the owner... Make sure evertyhing is working properly before the space is rented again. Please get new ACs in the bedrooms. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed.
