« I stayed at this cottage at the end of May 2025 with my spouse, parents, and dog. It was a great vacation! The cottage had ample parking (3 spaces available), and all the basics needed. The cottage is 5 minute walk from the beach, and just be mindful that you have to take a staircase over the dunes in order to actually access the beach, so if you bring a lot of umbrellas and chairs and things you'll probably need to make a couple trips. « Kristin and Tom were absolutely great to work with. They both made the experience seamless and were very responsive. The house was everything we expected it to be and more. We particularly enjoyed the view of the lake and wildlife. On our last night there, we even saw a couple of moose in the lake. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it! Our family will definitely keep this house in mind again when we travel back to Grand Lake. »

« Everything was great - location was two blocks from the beach. Nicely decorated, lots of very new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Loved the beds - foam mattresses just the right firmness. Very clean which I appreciated (I’m the AO one in the family). Even had a single serve kuerig and some kcups! Really enjoyed the beach bikes and game room. Super easy to communicate with the property owner/manager. Would have rented this again for the following weekend but was booked. Highly recommend...

« The Casita is beautiful! Just as described and pictured. The house was very clean. It was well appointed with everything we needed. I reached out to Taylor because it seemed like the air conditioning units were not working…and they had someone come out that day to look at them and fix it! Very quick and easy communication. We also loved using the bikes to get to the beach… and there were two beach chairs available too! We would definitely stay at the Casita again! »
