Relax and sip your morning coffee on the front deck or gather around the fire pit in the evenings. This remodeled house has a fenced yard and lives well indoors and out. Beach gear and bikes are provided.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath (plus an outdoor shower) home has space inside and outdoors to relax.
The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the cottage. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, and a Keurig and regular coffee makers.

There is a BBQ grill, and some great fish markets nearby.

The backyard, ground level, and upper deck are fenced and gated, so you can let your dog right out of the house to explore.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire "Sea Swell" house, which includes a ground level with a carport, swings, chairs, picnic table, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fire pit. This level also has a storage unit with all beach supplies (a beach cart, 6 chairs, umbrellas, cooler) plus cruiser bikes for exploring. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the downstairs storage unit.

The house has a living space with a big-screen smart TV. YouTube TV is offered for watching live channels, and you can also access your own streaming services too. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 6. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a king bed, a second with a queen, and a third bedroom with bunk beds: full and twin). The queen bedroom and bunk room have TVs that use Roku sticks. There is a full bath with a shower/tub in the hallway as well as a full bath with shower attached to the primary bedroom.
Other things to note
The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a $125 non refundable pet fee. If you have a special request, please reach out to us.

We off a convenient check in for guests with a keyless entry. The door code and check-in instructions are provided on the day of arrival once the cottage is fully prepped for your arrival.

We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play are also available.
