« Nikki and Sean were very hospitable, friendly and a pleasure to be with. The house had a lot of charm and the rooms were very comfortable and well kept. They had bikes for us to ride which both my wife and I enjoyed. Breakfast each morning was delicious and there was always coffee available. They also have ample parking. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back in the near future. »

« Room was clean had stale smell of cigarettes but it was clean breakfast was good at Buffet the pool was beautiful the fire pit was great You could also bbq in the yard of the pit and pool. It was very convenient to all stores »

« Very lovely well maintained hotel with a great teal blue/ orange tropical Margaritaville decor. Much better than usual complimentary breakfast with many choices and staff everywhere keeping it replenished and tidy. Turns out if you want bar service outside on the lovely patio, it is order yourself. No table service although they do serve food at the same tables. Difficult to understand since they are one and the same. Also no housekeeping service at all and we stayed for 3 nights. Surprising...

« This was very adequate facility. No frills but the cost was very acceptable. All things were clean and in working order. If I ever return to Jacksonville I would use this facility again. »
