« Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem. From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly. I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored.
