« This place is overrated, dated, unclean. Friendly staff but it is quite far from the town centre and it feels more like it is about how you as a customer can help the staff - it is about their needs, not yours as a customer. »

« No breakfast included despite booking confirmation. Room ok but very much in need of repair. Bathroom provisions poor and needed to request additional ‘essentials’ having been left 1/4 a roll. »

« Excellent location in Shanklin, a short distance walk from everything. We stayed during the peak of hot weather, so my only grumble is lack of some air con. Otherwise staff were friendly and breakfast was cooked well. Dog friendly and dog also enjoyed his stay and sausage at breakfast! »

« The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars. »
