« It's a lovely place, nice room, basic and small but served our purpose. Very firm matrases, closer to hard. Good English breakfast but not much else. There were 2 issues only. One is that in a twin room you can't really use a wardrobe, it's very tight spacing and it just doesn't open as the bed is next to it (you can't move the bed either, no space). And at 7.00 fire alarm went off in our room. That seriously disrupted my sleep and turned out to be something in the kitchen. No one even went down...

« Great location, close to the high st. Good breakfast and really comfy bed, nice room (no4) let down by the bathroom though which is small with a poor layout and needs a refurb, we’d definitely stay again with the hope that the bathroom might be sorted. »

« A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value . »

« C'est un peu délicat de réserver pour 3 semaines dans un hôtel que l'on ne connaît pas à l'avance. Mais je n'ai pas été déçu. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Le breakfast parfait. La situation idéale et calme. La chambre était peut être un peu petite pour un long séjour comme le mien mais toujours très propre. »

« Overall ticks all the boxes . In some need of updating , decor , furniture . Mattress too soft for me , a topper or new one would be ideal. Parking was fine. An altercation with the owner and a guest at 1.30 am on my second night didn’t help my sleep . Whilst my room was next door to the entrance , and in all probability not the fault of the owner , regardless , there are other guests in the accommodation to consider. Overall decent for the price . »

« We couldnt find anywhere to stay for the half term break away. We were looking super short notice. Found this property and booked it. Was nervous as never used this site before, but the whole process was exceptional. It was a bit costly as we have stayed on the same caravan park with park dean for literally half the price. However on this occasion as parkdean appeared full we went private. Caravan was a good size. Elements need some love, but ultimately it suited our family of five perfectly!...
