« Great place, very close to the beach and great host. »

« When we arrived and unpacked we noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain in master bedroom. They asked if we wanted to move to another unit but it would have been an inconvenience so assistant manager came after awhile and installed shower curtain. There is some water damage to window sills and near ceiling fan. We planned on using the bbq pit but it really needs to be replaced. Pool needs more lighting at night. Railing going inside unit really needs to be fixed asap. Other than some safety...

« Just a few minutes to drive right onto Whitecap Beach (with permit, of course) and this home had easy parking - 2 spots right outside the entry. Everything was as pictured and property management was easy to contact and very responsive. Would highly recommend. »

« Nice and clean property as described. Convenient location. Big pool, outside grills, and the pickleball court. Quiet location and friendly staff. Beautiful view to the beach! We had a relaxed and great time during our stay. »

« Our stay was amazing, even booked an extra night! Place was clean and comfy, spacious and equipped with all the necessary things! So convenient to have a place in walking distance of the beach and an incredible pool right next door! Beware of the thorns though on grass area, they hurt! H-E-B coffee and dessert all nearby! It was just beautiful, my 3 boys ages 12,9, &, 4 didn’t want to leave! »

« Everything was exactly as we could have expected. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. It’s located a short walk to the beach and includes a very nice pool. Very nice to also have a deck, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Check in at night was a little tricky (no knock on the property owner) as there is no obvious signage on the outside of the buildings. But overall we were very pleased and would stay here again if we’re in the area. »
