« The hotel room was clean and everything was where it should be. The pillows were iffy in texture but the mattress was really comfortable. I had to remove a bulb in the bathroom that was flashing. The front desk was a little overwhelmed (VERY busy weekend for them!) and didn’t seem interested in my explanation. I think one of the drawers in the closet may have been broken and the shower door did not stay closed. The counter in the kitchenette was also burned but again, minor details and the room...
