« My husband and I stayed 1 night with our 2 children. Some pros were the beach view, the condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed (pillows, extra blankets, towels, body wash and conditioner and other things for the kitchen that we didn’t use), the temp in the room was good, the pool was heated, and the host answered my questions fairly quickly. Some cons were that the hot tub was cold (maybe not on), the card scanner on the gate to the beach access was not working so we just had to...

« We had a bayview room,booked last minute,we were not disappointed. From Rachel,Demetrius,Kris and everyone at front desk, housekeeping,maintenance, the morning staff at breakfast to the pool area bartender were amazing. The pool area was very clean as was the hotel. I appreciate ypu all and definitely will be revisiting!!!! »

« My family and I had a scary incident. Be sure, be sure to lock your door behind you every time. Even if just to go change clothes out of dryer. We had an intruder follow my son back into our room from the clothes dryer. We had to call 911. He was intoxicated and insisted we were in his room. I could see how it happened. All three buildings are identical and the units are in the same layout. The accommodation was great, the experience was traumatic. »

« Had a good view of the ocean, the staff was vary friendly and polite, the property its self wasn't at all great mainly the bathroom and bedding and wall sockets, there where several holes in patches in the bathroom, and the carpets where coming up and barely held down with duct tape, the door to the bathroom was broken and we struggled to open and close it, shower pressure was also really weak. The bedding was fine beside all crazy amounts of holes in them and the wall sockets only 1 worked and...
