« Great location! So close to the beach! Had 3 kids under 5 and walked and played on the beach everyday! The house was beautiful and so comfortable for the 9 of us! Had some ants and bugs but understandable with the rains they have had! The property management were friendly, quick to respond, and so easy to work with! « The house was very clean and the location was great! A few things that would have been nice to know: Wash clothes were NOT provided. I wish I would have known that because I did not pack a loofa or anything for showering because the listing states towels are provided. I have never stayed at a place that didn’t provide body towels, hand towels, and wash cloths but this facility was hand towels and body towels only. I did not have access to the washer and dryer that was also listed as an amenity...

« We had a great stay—clean, quiet, and very enjoyable overall. The property was exactly as described, and we appreciated the peaceful environment. Although the stove wasn’t working, that was communicated ahead of time so there were no surprises. We did have an issue with faulty fire alarms going off while we were at the beach, but management responded quickly and helped resolve the situation right away until someone could come out and take care of it. We’ll likely book again! »

« Our stay at this house was very comfortable. It accommodated all of our family’s needs. We were 15 people and we all slept comfortably! The swimming pool is right outside the back door of the house and the beach is about a 3 minute walk away. The host did an amazing job at communicating with us from beginning to end. If you want a clean, comfortable and fun home, this one will not disappoint. »

« Amazing house with all the amenities you could ask for! Great location in Old Town. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we will be back for a third. The Host- Sand Key was also amazing, checked on us a few times to ask if there was anything we needed. We appreciated that! Look forward to staying here again next Summer! »

« We are so glad we stayed at this house instead of a hotel. It was so close to the beach, many restaurants, and shops. The area has a small pool that my child liked and had grassy areas for my dogs. We hope to stay here again! »
