« Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were very nice. The hotel overall is in disrepair. The carpeted rooms have a moldy odor, there was trash and large cardboard boxes left in the hallways and right outside of elevator doors. The pool was closed with no date for re-open. Our room had the smoke detector removed from the ceiling and the hole with wires was left uncovered. There was a fridge still boxed shoved in the spot where it should be in place. There were no working ice machines....

« Didn't read the small print showing check in time ends at 12 midnight, called Expedia at 2 am when we arrived later than expected to. Staff was nice enough to come to the door to get us checked in even after front lobby was locked. The room was good except for minor comsemetic issues, laminate on table was peeling and caught on us a couple times, and broken lamp. We rented the room days ahead of time and checked in with 5 people the room said sleeps 5, but with myself, husband, 2 teenage girls...
