« I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said. »

« Hotel is conveniently located in the technology corridor. The interior is quite dated. Walking down the hall to my room it was clear there was little to no air circulation, along with very dated carpet wrinkling up. The carpet should be replaced as it poses a trip hazard. Once I got into my room, it was clean although it had a bit of a musty smell and was quite warm, again with no air circulating. Once I turned on the air conditioner it didn't seem quite as muggy, but still not a fan of that old...

« The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...
