« This place was just renovated so everything was new and pristine. While it’s not directly on the beach it’s a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearly across the street. We brought our bikes and adventured around the island. Saw lots of shells and dolphins. Thank you. »

« We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai. « This is a really nice little place very close to the beach. Check-in was easy, as was the check-out process. We loved how secluded we felt but also how close the house was to restaurants and the shops on the main road. We rented bikes but didn't need them as walking was a much easier option. The house was in decent condition. As it is a rental property I don't really expect perfection, but the things that mattered to us were clean sheets and towels, both of which this house had. « The home was clean and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and looking for shells at the beach. The only disappointment was the hot tub, which would not heat up. Loved our stay regardless and would absolutely stay again. »

« Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...
