« moyen. MĂ©riterait de renover les chambres. La porte vitrĂ©e du balcon sortait de ses gonds ce qui aurait pu ĂȘtre dangereux. Ca va pour une nuit. Nous l’avons choisi pour aller Ă  Captiva (50’) et Sanibel (25’) mais pas si proche que cela. Petit dĂ©jeuner un peu limitĂ©. Pas testĂ© la piscine. Chambres vielles avec moquette de partout. Salle de bains avec plafond assez bas (notamment depuis la baignoire). En cas de prix compĂ©titif, pourquoi pas. Staff sympa. Balcon dans les chambres. »

« Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© deux chambre pour 5 or les chambres proposĂ©es ne comportaient qu un seul lit et ne pouvait accueillir que deux personnes. La rĂ©ception a eu beaucoup de difficultĂ©s Ă  gĂ©rer ce problĂšme. il Ă©tait tard les enfants Ă©taient fatiguĂ©s, le genre de situation qui peut gĂącher des vacances. Contrairement aux informations figurant sur Hotels il n’y a pas de laverie. Les chambres n’étaient pas propres et l’une d’entre elles avait une odeur de cannabis. »

« We loved the peaceful atmosphere at Seatuit and are looking forward to another stay! We had plenty of space and the condo was fully stocked with extra of everything. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. And the owners were on top of everything and easy to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay! »

« We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...
