« Hôtel parfaitement rénové. Très belles chambres, spacieuses magnifiquement décorées, propre. Service impeccable. Le tout au bord de l’eau où on peut admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil, même assister à la naissance de tortues. Nous avons eu cette chance. Équipe très agréable et très professionnelle. Angel nous a très bien accueillis et s’est parfaitement occupée de nous. Je recommande. »

« Sunrise is a very special place for myself and my partner however this past experience wasn’t the best. We had a few issues with the room that was not addressed by the local reps for several days after being reported. »

« The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. »
