« We were looking for a place to stay near the beach that was a little more personal than a hotel. This stay was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and fresh. We were greeted and they made sure we asked for anything we needed, but we didnt need to! Very close to the beach and activities we had planned. »

« This property is even better in person than it is in pictures. It’s a perfect location to walk to the beach. It is well appointed with everything you might need and then some! Pleasantly surprised to find quality kitchen items, easy to access laundry, beach supplies, and bikes. The little fenced in yard is private and lovely. « Clean, quiet, fully stocked with everything needed for stay. Bed was comfortable. Pool patio with bubbler providing relaxing background sound. Steven addressed our queries quickly. Very nice overall. »

« My Fiancée and I had a wonderful time at Laveda’s place! Everything was super clean and perfect ! We had a place to store our electric bikes and Laveda has beach chairs ,a cart and washer and dryer here as well . We rode our bikes to St. Armands Cir and all over Lido Key . Laveda was easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this little slice of paradise! »

« Conveniently located. This is a beautiful and spacious home. The staff were super responsive and kind. The traffic is a little loud due to its central location, but not horrible. Ice/water dispenser didn’t work but they ordered the part while we were there. »
