Nevertheless, our staffs with the warm and friendly smiles of every staff member contributed to a positive overall experience.However, for the issue with room doors not being heavy enough and struggling to close on their own was mentioned as a drawback. This is a practical concern that, it will be addressed, and could enhance the overall guest experience. And the proximity of the hotel to the beach led to a humid environment in the rooms, and you mentioned that the bedsheets felt damp.
