The room decor was modern, relaxing colors, large walk-in shower, and no carpet in the room anywhere. Everything was pristine.

Due to construction so much noise during day and pool was not accessible. You have to take your luggage by your self. Even if you are staying at the hotel they will not allow you to park your car at the entrance just for 2 minutes.

Stephen and Rose at the front desk showed me great customer service, and were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was my first time at this hotel location. I will definitely return the next time I am in the area.

I love the property and the location, it’s close to good dining and shopping. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was kind. Lastly, first impressions is always very important. Upon check in, the two front desk clerks did not see my presence of any importance. I was the only customer standing at the front desk and it took one of the ladies 4 minutes to address me. Please use my camera footage as a teachable moment for this hotel that first impressions are really everything.

Blood on sheets in first room. Second room no hot water. Kids screaming next door. Paper thin walls and connected doors. Called front desk a couple of times and never got an answer. Dirty, staff bad, will never stay there again. I stayed there at least 10 times over the past 15 years. Very run down now.

It was an ok stay. There were some inset stains in the room on the walls, carpet and lounge chair. We had requested a toothbrush twice in the morning and no one came by so we had to go down to the desk and pick it up ourselves from the front desk. Upkeep and services could be improved.

We ask for a King bedroom. And we received a 2 Queen bdroom. Tv cable is so bad, and no internet to stream. So, no TV. But they gave us the breackfast for free.

Bad experience at the Marriott
Elevators were not working, I was questioned if I belonged there and if I had a room there and house keeping tried to enter my room very early in the morning before check out 3 times. I will never stay at the Marriott again.

Valet could not have been a friendlier group, front desk was outstanding. The only not great thing restaurant employees a little aggressive at breakfast.

Holiday Hospitality
It is a tradition for us to stay here on Christmas. We have family in Sugar Land that we celebrate with and then return to our comfy room for a good night's sleep. This year we had a toilet overflow, but that was quickly resolved. We'll return again next year
