I presented tons of issues while trying to complete the check-in process online, it kept giving me an error and when I tried to contact customer service about it they never responded.
At the moment of arriving to the hostal, the lady in charge was completely rude, telling me to not ring the bell and that she couldnât help me if I didnât have the check-in code.
Later on, once I reserved somewhere else, customer service contacted me and admitted the reason why they were not answering my calls was because they were âtaking a napâ and tried to get me to email them my information, but in the end we decided not to follow-up with it, because the hostal was located in a place where it didnât seem very safe and we didnât have a great experience with neither the host or the customer support service.
