Rooms are a bit small but comfortable
We stayed in 1501 and view was ok
Room service quick and efficient
Front desk staff are exceptional! Very friendly and professional! And willing to help any time of day or night! We got an impressive service and assistance during the week we spent at Hyatt Pune!
Complimentary breakfast is very good, fresh and offers a variety of choices

« Hotel is probably the best one in this area if you have business to do around. But it's far away from downtown so should not be use for vacation.
I was supposed to have a non-smoker room but obviously got a smoker room. As for service, the cleaning guys were always missing something, Sometimes the bed was not done, sometimes coffee cup was not cleaned, sometimes no milk cups, ⊠Otherwise, everything was perfect. »

« It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars.
Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning....
No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water...

« The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com
Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before.
Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which...
