Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience »

« Very clean and comfortable! Wifi in room and everywhere in hotel works very well Rooms are a bit small but comfortable We stayed in 1501 and view was ok Room service quick and efficient Front desk staff are exceptional! Very friendly and professional! And willing to help any time of day or night! We got an impressive service and assistance during the week we spent at Hyatt Pune! Complimentary breakfast is very good, fresh and offers a variety of choices Pool area is very relaxing...

« Hotel is probably the best one in this area if you have business to do around. But it's far away from downtown so should not be use for vacation. I was supposed to have a non-smoker room but obviously got a smoker room. As for service, the cleaning guys were always missing something, Sometimes the bed was not done, sometimes coffee cup was not cleaned, sometimes no milk cups, … Otherwise, everything was perfect. »
