« I have stayed here several times and it is even nicer since they redid the bathrooms and took out the in room jacuzzi that is am sure nobody used. This was the first time not getting a room with a balcony and the room seemed even bigger. Will definitely return. »

« Even though we paid in full in advance, we were charged an extra $15 per day to use the pool. We stayed for 5 nights so that should be $75 but $105.28 was charged to our credit card in 3 separate transactions. I can't tell if it's fraud or incompetence and I don't have the energy to fight it, which is probably why they do it.
They do no employ enough cleaning staff to clean all of the rooms. We were in the room when the housekeeper came and we asked that they come back later but they never...
