« The pool was nice and warm. The check in process took max of two minutes, as we had already paid online. The two queen beds with couch pull out was one of the biggest rooms I’ve stayed in for a hotel. It was kept very clean. Breakfast options were waffles, biscuits and gravy, 3 cereals, muffins, toast, eggs, yogurt, apple, orange juice. Best location as we were able to walk right downtown Gatlinburg. « The staff was super accommodating. We got there early and they allowed us to get into the room a lot earlier than the reservation time. The person who helped us was Tony; he was super pleasant and super nice. He gave us free tickets for drinks and snacks. Everything was super clean. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and amazing. « Front desk staff and bar were polite and helpful. I had a do not disturb on my door and when I opened the door I had clean towel sets in a bag. Normally I would have to go down stairs and ask but not here. It close to the convention center and the strip. Would definitely recommend. »
