« The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. « My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again. »

« Hotel is very clean, very nice staff. We checked out the pool area nice I know kids would love it. Chlorine overload for me. Great breakfast, vouchers included in our reservation. Room lighting: Our room was dark even with the 4 lamps in the bedding area. Maybe brighter bulbs? AC worked great. We would stay here again. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Hotel. It was kept very clean, and it was easy to access the elevator and parking lot. We didn’t use the pool but did sit in the pool area for a while. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. There is a lot on the Parkway for children, so Gatlinburg is a good place for families to visit. »
